Conflicto Sexual was the Spanish language version of the sexploitation film The Woman Inside directed by Joseph Van Winkle in 1981. The film features Gloria Manon as Holly (Hollis) who, through a series of spectacularized actions, seeks to have "her" male genitalia removed in order to become the inner woman she has always been.
